Free extension of AST to existing tenants.

Otherwise described as Part Management, offering our Let Only service with the addition of collecting the rent from the tenant and passing to the landlord for an agreed handling fee.

Most home insurer require a property to be visited on a regular basis to be checked for damage and security.  Requirements vary depending on individual insurance policies with usual compliance being weekly, two weekly or monthly visits necessary.  We offer this service along with key holder service in case of emergency.
